Westquay's two phases — the original Westquay scheme and the Watermark entertainment extension — provide a managed retail environment with demanding contractor requirements. We have completed shopfront and entrance system installations within Westquay for several tenants, working within the centre management's programming and quality requirements and coordinating with the shopping centre's mechanical and electrical teams where access control and fire alarm integration is required.

The marine exposure requires careful attention to corrosion protection: we specify marine-grade aluminium alloys, stainless steel fixings, and powder-coat finishes with enhanced adhesion primers for all work in this location.
